My task was to invent the whole story, draw a storyboard and finally animate the whole thing. Additionally, I created a mini-site, on which the e-card was presented. The user was able to write his/her own Christmas well wishes and place his/her picture instead of one of the character's head. The picture was then presented together with the wishes in the final scene.
